Sponsor a child in Benin

Many children in Benin need help because they come from broken or impoverished families, orphans or half-orphans, without any chances to receive a proper school education or even victims of child trade or maltreatment. They are our main target as they are especially helpless. And very often they suffer from their biography as they need healing of their feelings and souls.
On the other hand, we also take care of children who still live in their family, but whose living conditions, nevertheless, are critical. These are cases in which the parents have great difficulties to provide enough for their child, and where the school education is at stake.

• We estimate the number of children in Benin who need help at about 1 million.
• We would like to help approximatively 2500 children who live in critical living conditions and whom we desire to help.
• Till present we have been able to take up to 35 children in our care in the orphanage, and take care of 30 more in their family. All that is only possible thanks to sponsorships for our children.
• Till the end of 2012 we want to take care for up to 100 children with your help and support!

With the help of a sponsorship, a child can be taken care of in all the domains, and get a proper school education. The monthly sponsorship contribution of €50, £45 or $65 covers our costs for one child.
